Bruce Pollock has served as a financial consultant since 2004 providing financial management and valuation services to earlier stage, venture-funded technology companies. Previously, over a 20-year period, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a series of high technology companies.
Bruce’s industry experience includes telecommunications systems, enterprise software, internet commerce, software as a service, optical components and subsystems, and wireless software and infrastructure. He has worked extensively with company boards of directors, investment bankers, venture capitalists, commercial bankers, big-four accountants and senior legal counsel on a range of subjects including growth, turnaround, value creation, risk management and corporate governance for his companies.
Bruce holds a J.D. degree from Boalt Hall School of Law and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, both at the University of California at Berkeley. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington, and is a member of the California Bar
