Dr. Wruck has worked in litigation consulting for over twenty years on a wide variety of issues spanning many industries. Much of his work has focused on the financial services sector, including market makers for securities, investment banking firms, insurance concerns, and other issues pertaining to corporate finance. His work often entails the careful analysis of complex data bases. Dr. Wruck is adept in multiple statistical programming packages.
In addition, he is the co-author with Karen H. Wruck, an academic affiliate, of “Restructuring Top Management: Evidence from Corporate Spinoffs” and is currently working on a forthcoming book entitled CEO Pay and What to Do About It with Professors Michael C. Jensen and Kevin J. Murphy.
