Tim Savage is an economist with over 10 years of consulting experience in labor economics, antitrust, applied finance, and class certification. He has provided expert reports in a number of employment discrimination cases. He has also been involved in a number of high-profile mergers, including providing expert testimony in the recent merger of Sirius and XM satellite radio. In applied finance, he has conducted numerous fair-lending analyses of credit pricing and terms, as well as empirical evaluations of materiality. In class certification, he is focused on providing expert testimony to evaluate Rule 23 standards for putative classes.

Tim’s published research uses complex econometric methods to examine a number of labor market outcomes in the face of adverse employment shocks. He has also developed survey instruments and conducted subsequent data analysis to examine consumers’ willingness to pay for improvements in air quality.

Tim has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
