Roger Siefert has over 30 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and litigation services. During his years as an auditor, he served manufacturing, financial services and public utility clients. He transitioned into the field of forensic accounting and litigation services after spending several years in Deloitte’s General Counsel’s Office, where he assisted with claims against the firm. Upon returning to client service, he performed financial statement investigations in restatement cases, advised lawyers on matters related to GAAP, GAAS and SEC disclosures, assisted with the preparation of Wells Submissions and has appeared before the SEC on behalf of clients. He has been designated as an expert on accounting, auditing, damages and valuation issues. He has testified at both bench and jury trials in a variety of courts, and at both AAA and ICC arbitrations.

Before joining FSG, Roger also led the forensic accounting and litigation consulting practices at other professional services firms. For several years, Roger has been a visiting instructor to an MBA program at Indiana University, where he has taught topics related to forensic accounting and litigation services. Additionally, he has taught intermediate accounting at Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, is Certified in Fraud and Forensics and has his Accreditation in Business Valuation.
