Mark Glueck has over 20 years of experience in economic and litigation consulting. His litigation consulting includes matters related to antitrust and competition policy, intellectual property and other complex business disputes. In numerous complex cases, many tried to jury verdicts, he has managed teams of economists, accountants, and financial experts in addition to a range of technical experts. Mr. Glueck’s analysis and testimony has been presented before federal and state courts, the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Federal Trade Commission, U.S. International Trade Commission in addition to other agencies and foreign trade and competition authorities. Much of his work has involved analysis of liability, impact and damages in antitrust actions, some being among the largest recent cases in the U.S. He has extensive experience in the analysis of whether claims are suitable for class-wide treatment.
Mr. Glueck’s non-litigation consulting has involved engagements for manufacturers, distributors and retailers in issues related to market assessment, distribution strategies, promotion and pricing, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings in addition to the effects of regulations. His litigation and non-litigation consulting has included matters in technology markets, telecommunications, healthcare, construction, transportation, wholesale and retail trade, transportation, chemicals and a range of consumer goods markets.
